These are the rules from the Terms of Service in plain words. The Terms win if the two differ.
One account, one person
- You must be 18 or over.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts can be closed with their points and balances forfeited.
- One verified phone number per account.
- Do not share your account, and do not let a banned player use it.
Cheating
Prohibited: aim assistance, wall hacks, macros, scripts, bots, automation, packet manipulation, modified clients, memory editing, lag switching, exploiting bugs, or any tool or method that gives an advantage the game does not provide. Also prohibited: interfering with servers, anti-cheat or telemetry, or with another player’s connection.
Playing the system
Prohibited: collusion, match fixing, throwing games, farming, boosting, and trading or selling accounts or positions.
Location and access
Play from a restricted territory, or through a VPN or proxy meant to disguise where you are, is prohibited. The Terms list the restricted territories.
What happens
The servers are authoritative, play is recorded, and automated systems analyse input, timing, network and device data for every player. An account can have withdrawals held while its play is checked, or be frozen so it cannot play, take a challenge or withdraw. Decisions on cheating, match outcomes, points and rankings are final. A suspended account stays suspended.
Results stand
Results affected by latency or a dropped connection stand. The reconnect window exists so a blip does not cost you the match; it does not make a result reversible.

Be direct, be decent. No harassment, no doxxing, no posting of anyone’s real-world details. No seed phrases, keys or codes, ever. Staff will never ask for them.
