Updated for the 12 September 2026 points rules. If the website FAQ says something different, this post is current.
Account and sign-in
How do I sign in? Tap Sign in and use your email or your Google account. Privy, our sign-in provider, handles it. Your account is created the first time you sign in.
Do I need an account to play? Yes, for every room including practice. The servers list, the leaderboards and the activity feed can be read without signing in.
What is my username and can I change it? You get one on first sign-in. Change it in Settings: 3 to 20 characters, letters, digits and underscore, and some names are reserved.
Why do I have to verify a phone number? One verified mobile number per account keeps the game fair. It is required before your first match and before any bonus is paid. Landlines, toll-free and internet phone numbers are refused. A number already on another account cannot be used again.
Who can play? You must be 18 or over, hold one account, and check for yourself that playing is lawful where you live.
Can I hide my balances? Yes. Account menu, Hide balances. Figures show as dots until you turn it off.
How do I close my account? Withdraw your game balance first, then email support@tournament.com from the address on the account.
Points
What are points? What you play for. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or withdrawn.
How do I earn points? Kills in PPK rooms, by the weapon in your hand: fist, pistol and chainsaw 5; shotgun and super shotgun 4; chaingun 3; rocket 2; plasma and BFG 1. Frag race pots. Challenge pots. The 100-point sign-up bonus, and 100 more with a referral code.
How do I lose points? In PPK, dying costs you the value of the kill plus 5 percent, which is burned. Frag race entries (10 or 100 per map). Challenge stakes. Points you send to a friend. Your balance never goes below zero.
Where do I see my points? The account menu shows the balance. Tap it for the full history at Points: every kill, death, entry, bonus, challenge and transfer.
Can I send points to a friend? Yes, from a friend’s profile. You must be accepted friends and both have a username. At least 0.01 points, at most 1,000 per gift, two decimal places.
How does the referral program work? Your code is @ plus your username; your link is tournament.com/@yourusername. A new player who signs in through it within 30 days counts as yours. You get 100 points, they get 100. Limits: 1,000 points a day and 10,000 lifetime per referrer, and the welcome bonus has a site-wide daily budget. Past a limit the sign-up still counts but pays nothing.
I signed up without a link. Can I add a code? Yes, within your first 30 days, in Settings. Once only. You cannot refer yourself or be referred by someone you referred.
Playing
What is the game? DOOM 2 deathmatch against real players, in your browser. Eight players on most maps, six on the small ones. 13 maps in rotation.
How do I pick a server? Servers. Your ping to each is shown. Rooms over 170 ms are closed to you. Practice is open at any distance.
What are the modes? PPK: drop in and out, 10 points to enter, kills move points from victim to killer. Frag race: entry per map, pot to the top three, ends at 30 kills or 15 minutes. Practice: solo, six bots, free. Challenges: a staked duel. Details in Modes explained.
What is a kill worth? See the table under Points. The value follows the weapon in your hand at the moment of the kill. A crusher or telefrag kill is worth 1.
How is the in-game board ranked? PPK by K/D, deaths counted as at least one, five kills needed to be ranked. Frag race and practice by kills.
What happens if my connection drops? Your seat is held for 20 seconds. You stay in the map, frozen, still a target. Rejoin from the servers list and you get the same seat, frags and points back. In a challenge the seat is held for 60 seconds. Results affected by latency or a drop stand.
Where can I watch what is happening? Activity: the live kill feed across every server, challenge results, and your own account activity once signed in.
Leaderboards and profiles
How do the site boards work? Daily and lifetime boards for PPK and frag race, by points or by K/D, per region and worldwide. Daily boards reset at 00:00 UTC. Lifetime never resets. A K/D board needs 25 kills that day, or 100 lifetime, before you appear.
What does my profile show? Kills, deaths, K/D, maps and rounds won, time played, lifetime points, favourite weapon, best run, best streak, weapon accuracy over five windows, 30-day charts, a by-mode table, regions played from and recent matches. Usernames are not case-sensitive.
Challenges
How do they work? Stake points and duel one player, first to 10, 20 or 30 kills. Winner takes 95 percent, 5 percent is burned. Whole points, at least 10, no upper limit. One active challenge at a time. Untaken after 30 minutes, it refunds itself. Joiner needs 100 ms or less. A drop gives you 60 seconds to return, then you forfeit. A no-show voids the match and refunds both stakes. Challenge kills score no leaderboard points.
Friends and invites
How do I add a friend? From Friends or any profile: send a request, they accept. Up to 500 friends and 50 requests waiting at a time.
What do friends see? Which PPK or frag race room you are in, and they can join it. Practice rooms are private.
How do invites work? In the servers list, tap Invite on a room and pick a friend. They get a ticket on the site and an email with a Join button. Invites last 30 minutes, friends only, one open invite per friend at a time, and a 10-minute gap before you can invite the same friend again after a decline or expiry.
Wallet
What is the site wallet? Your own Solana wallet, created on first sign-in. You hold the keys. It is your deposit address, where withdrawals land, and what you send on from. Keys can be exported from Settings.
What is the game balance? USDC recorded on the site in your name. It comes in from your site wallet and goes back out to it. You do not need a deposit to play; the rooms are for points.
How do I deposit? Wallet, Add funds, pick the network and coin, send to the address shown. USDC on Solana goes straight to your site wallet for free. Other coins are converted to USDC by Relay on the way in, usually within minutes, 10 to 30 from Bitcoin. With automatic moves on, deposits reach your game balance about a minute later.
How do I withdraw? Wallet, Move to site wallet. Minimum 20 USDC, flat 2 USDC fee, and the site pays the network cost. Withdraw 20 and 18 lands. A move cannot be reversed once it is on the network. From the site wallet you can send SOL anywhere on Solana, or send USDC on to another network and coin via Relay, 1 to 25,000 USDC.
I sent SOL to my USDC address. What now? It sits in your site wallet as SOL and never becomes game balance. Site wallet, Send out, To a Solana wallet, choose SOL.
Why is my withdrawal on hold? Holds happen while an account’s play is checked, while a large withdrawal is checked, or when withdrawals are paused for everyone for a moment. Your game balance is unchanged in every case and the wallet says which it is.
Fair play
Is there anti-cheat? Yes. Authoritative servers, recorded play, automated analysis of input, timing, network and device data for every player.
What happens if my account is flagged? Withdrawals can be held while play is checked, or the account frozen. Decisions on cheating, match outcomes, points and rankings are final.
Can I appeal a suspension? No. Suspended accounts stay suspended.
Can I have more than one account? No. One account per person.
Support
How do I get help? Ask in Help & FAQ here. For anything about your specific account or money, email support@tournament.com from the address on the account and include your username, what you did, when in UTC, and the reference from Wallet history or Activity.
What should I never send? Your wallet keys, seed phrase or a sign-in code. Nobody from TOURNAMENT will ask.
