This category is for questions. Post here when something is unclear, not working for you, or you cannot find the answer in the pinned FAQ.
Before you post
- Search first. The search box at the top finds topics and replies. Most questions have been asked.
- Read the pinned FAQ in this category and the guides in Getting Started.
- If it is a bug (something that is clearly broken, not just confusing), post it in Bug Reports instead, using the template pinned there.
Writing a question that gets answered
- One question per topic, with a specific title. “Points did not arrive after my match on EU-Frankfurt at 21:10 UTC” beats “help”.
- Say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Include your username, the server you were on, and the time (with timezone).
- Screenshots help. Crop them so the useful part is readable.
When you get an answer
Mark the reply that solved it with the Solution button. That closes the loop for you and makes the answer easy to find for the next player with the same problem.
What not to post here
- Anything containing a seed phrase, private key, password or full card number. Staff will never ask for these, and any post containing them is removed.
- Ban appeals. Use Fair Play & Security and read the pinned topic there first.
